Hit and run in Beckington
Police are appealing to the public for dashcam footage after a hit and run incident in Beckington.
On Friday 20 October there was a collision between a black 2008 Vauxhall Astra and a van at Beckington Services. The car then left the scene. The incident happened between 12pm and 1pm.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested for failing to stop. He was then “further arrested” for both dangerous driving and possession of an offensive weapon.
He has since been released on bail.
Police inquiries are continuing.
