Bridgwater road closure
St John Street in Bridgwater will close in one direction this week from today (Monday 24 July).
The road will be closed from Monday 24 July to Friday 28 July for all traffic heading from Broadway/Cranleigh Gardens to Westonzoyland Road. Access for traffic travelling in the opposite direction, from Westonzoyland Road to Broadway will be maintained at all times.
Somerset Council says the closure is to allow repairs to the footpath along the road. The council say that access to businesses and homes in the immediate area will be maintained throughout. A diversion will be in place during the closure.
