Somerset MPs promotions and relegations

It appears that Marcus Fysh, MP for Yeovil is no longer in government. His name has not been included in the list of Ministerial reappointments. His official Parliamentary biography says: “Marcus Fysh was Minister for Exports at the Department for International Trade between 20 September 2022 and 27 October 2022.”
Which was an even shorter period of service than Liz Truss as Prime Minister. It would appear Mr Fysh has paid the price for backing Penny Mordaunt in the leadership race.
A happier fate then greeted Rebecca Pow. The publicity shy MP for Taunton Deane had managed some sort of record for getting in photos with Rishi Sunak.
It seems that the new PM has a sense of humour. He kept Pow waiting for 3 days and she was one of the last appointments to be announced.
She will return as Parliamentary Under Secretary at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Pow has supported Sunak in both leadership elections so this is no doubt payback for her loyalty.
And now Mr Sunak has placed fracking under a new moratorium. Which means neither he nor Pow will be asked why they voted AGAINST a fracking ban just a few days ago.

What has SHE DONE for Taunton..?
