Arson arrest in Taunton
A man was arrested nearby on suspicion of arson. Avon and Somerset Police are investigating after a fire was started outside a shop in Taunton. The fires started at about 10.30pm on Wednesday 22 December, outside the Fat Face store in Castle Bow. The fire caused damage to the frontage of the shop.
Officers were called to the incident by the fire service. At around 11.50 that evening they arrested a man on suspicion of arson. He has been released under investigation
