I think Sedgemoor get the prize for the clearest guidance to date on getting small business grants during the COVID-19 shutdown.
They have reiterated the government’s advice that you do not need to do anything as they will be writing to every business likely to be eligible.
However they point out that if you don’t want to wait, you can do everything online and do it right now. This is the same sort of “pre-clearance” information provided by SSDC and SW&T.
You will need your business rates reference and the rest of the form is pretty much standard fair (Company number, address, VAT number etc)
