Break in at printing business

Here at The Leveller we have a close relationship with the printing industry. We need them and they need papers like us. Especially as we are one of very few left in the country where the print order is going up and not down!

So we were particularly saddened to hear of reports of a break in at a small family owned printing business in Axbridge.

The break in actually took place a month ago on 11 February. Intruders broke into the company premises on Gill Lane and stole four computers. Not surprisingly this is having an impact on the company’s business and its customers.

The Police have released descriptions of two suspects:

Both are white men,  about 5ft 10ins tall and aged between 20-30 years.

One of them was of large build with a beard and wearing jogging bottoms with the lettering “CK” on the left leg. He also wore training shoes.

The second suspect was of slimmer build and was wearing an Adidas style top, jogging bottoms and training shoes.

The Police have arrested two men in connection with the robbery, but they have been released “under investigation”. The Police need more evidence and witness accounts. Were you in the area at the time? Did you see anyone in the area acting suspiciously and moving items?
