Frome case negative
Yesterday we reported that an unconfirmed case of possible coronavirus was identified at Frome Medical Centre.
This morning Helen Kingston, senior partner of Frome Medical Practice told The Leveller “I am pleased to report that screening of the suspected case has been confirmed as negative and we are all back to normal.”
Yesterday part of the building was closed on advice of Public Health England as a precautionary measure whilst these tests were processed.
Dr Kingston added “The team here did a great job keeping the practice open and ensuring patients were cared for safely through the time of uncertainty.”
