Siggs and Osman out in Mendip
Former leader of Somerste County Council John Osman and senior cabinet member Harvey Siggs have both LOST their seats in Wells St Cuthbert’s ward. The two seats were won by LibDems Laura Waters and Rob Ayres.
John North also lost his seat in Wells Central to Lib Dem candidate Virginia Rogers
