Assault in Glastonbury – appeal for information
Avon & Somerset Police are appealing for information on an assault that took place at Silver Street, Glastonbury. A police spokesperson told us that the incident occurred at 1.45 am on Wednesday 15th April. The victim drove to Silver Street to drop off a passenger. As she pulled over to let her passenger out, a person got out of the car ahead of them and smashed the two near side windows on the passenger’s side.
Police believe a hammer or metal bar was used. The suspect then assaulted the passenger before driving off.
